1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Service at vtogether.in operated by VTogether. By registering or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein (Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, Acceptable Use). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (usually 18+) and not be barred from using the Service under applicable laws. You may not register as a user if you are under the minimum age required in your country.

3. Accounts & Authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your profile updated. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. User Content & Licensing

You retain full ownership of the content you post. By submitting content, you grant VTogether a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute the content on the Service and for related promotional purposes. You represent and warrant that you own the rights to your content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use & Moderation

You may not post content that is illegal, violates third-party rights, or breaches our content standards (including illegal pornography, hate speech, or direct doxxing).

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Revenue, Payouts & Fees

We operate on a transparent revenue-share model:

• Influencer Share: You receive 95% of the net revenue generated by your content.
• Platform Fee: VTogether retains a 5% fee to cover server costs and maintenance.

7. Invalid Activity & Anti-Fraud (Strict Policy)

To protect our advertisers (including Google), we enforce a zero-tolerance policy for invalid traffic. You may NOT:

• Click on your own ads.
• Encourage others to click ads (e.g., "Click to support me").
• Use bots, scripts, or traffic exchanges.

Any violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

8. Referral Program

Community Moderators (Referrers) may be provided a referral link. Signups via that link will be associated automatically with the Moderator for community management purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain content ownership; the platform owns its trademarks, logos, and proprietary software. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute platform assets except as expressly permitted.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity. Upon termination, certain content or data may be retained for legal or business reasons.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, VTogether disclaims all warranties (express or implied). VTogether’s liability to you for any damages arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (or $100 if none). This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold VTogether harmless from any claims arising out of your content, breach of these Terms, or your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the courts located in New Delhi, India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
